NIPCO will conduct its 2025 annual meeting on Tuesday, April 1, at the Stoney Creek Hotel Rivers Bend Conference Center in Sioux City.

NIPCO staff and directors will report on 2024 operations, provide an overview of the cooperative’s financials, and offer NIPCO’s vision to power western Iowa into the future. 

A continental breakfast will be served from 8–9 AM, with the business meeting to follow. Lunch will be provided, and adjournment is expected around 1 PM.
